ISARIA designs and delivers brand presences in the automotive sector, insurance, financial services, and retail. Together with agencies and designers, we create holistic brand experiences with our furniture—high-quality, functional, and durable. With approximately 50 employees, we support and supply customers worldwide from our headquarters in the east of Munich (near Zorneding).
Your Responsibilities
- You will lead, motivate, and develop the current team of five employees in technical product management and design
- Technical implementation and management of series projects in the furniture sector in close cooperation with Key Account Management and our suppliers
- Driving force for the continuous optimization of processes and efficiency, with a direct reporting line to the management
- Identification and evaluation of new product-related opportunities and requirements
- Visits to project sites and suppliers during the initial market launch phase of product development
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in technical product management with a strong understanding of the wood and metal sectors
- Ideally, training as a wood technician with experience in shopfitting or contract furnishing
- Hands-on mentality as well as a solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Empathetic personality with strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Structured way of working
- Understanding of commercial and technical relationships
- Good knowledge of English
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel)
