IDEA & VISION

In design management, we work together with designers and agencies to develop brand-specific design concepts. Our focus is on ideas that not only inspire but can be consistently realized. We combine innovation, high quality, and practicality into solutions that are aesthetically convincing and functionally sound.
Concept
Thanks to the modular structure, our concepts can be flexibly adapted to any spatial situation. In model making, ideas become tangible for the first time and take on a concrete form. Mock-ups and volume models are followed by hand and functional samples that solidify the design. This creates a realistic impression of the look & feel—and the subsequent spatial experience—at an early stage.
Development &
Engineering
In the engineering phase, we translate the design into a robust technical solution for production planning. Sound material knowledge and deep expertise in mechanics and construction form the basis for this. This has a direct impact on quality and sustainability: even in this early phase, we make conscious decisions regarding the right materials to develop an efficient, durable, and future-proof product.
Value
Engineering
In value engineering, we continuously evaluate concepts with regard to economic efficiency and effectiveness, without compromising on design quality. We optimize constructions in a targeted manner through alternative materials and intelligent manufacturing methods. The result: well-thought-out solutions, reduced weight, and durable products with sustainable added value.
Technical
Implementation
In product conception, the product is finally prepared for series production. Materials, manufacturing processes, packaging, and suitable producers are defined. We obtain expert reports, e.g., from TÜV, calculate the product costs, and set up production. The prototype already conveys the entire spatial experience.
