ISARIA "Lift & Learn" creates a new, interactive shopping experience at the POS. Your products are experienced directly. The customer can touch the product immediately, retrieve information about it and compare it – without additional sales staff. All relevant data is statistically recorded in the background. This allows a direct insight into customer behaviour thus you can sell your products in a targeted manner or increase your general revenue at the POS. Content and brand messages are individually controlled for each location and can always be updated via the IDS-CMS.
"Lift & Learn" presents product differences quickly and comprehensibly. Each product can be clearly identified by an NFC sensor. A message on the screen prompts the customer to interact. When a customer picks up a product, a targeted content is played on the screen. If another product is picked up, the system automatically displays the apt product comparison.
The customer is looking for a product - "Lift & Learn" supports the decision-making process. Using a touch screen the customer can filter products by defined features and characteristics via a step-by-step-guide. Targeted questions lead to the right product in 3 to 4 steps. Once a selection has been made, the product is displayed on the screen and highlighted with coloured LED at the POS.
